Key Challenges

A modern mixed residential and commercial development at dusk on a busy London corner that extends a Victorian terrace.
view of apartment open plan living and kitchen space, with floor to ceiling windows and curtains with concealed railing, loose furniture and beige and white kitchen run with integrated appliances.

Our Solution

A mixed-use scheme of 19 luxury apartments and four retail units built to BREEAM excellence standard.

internal view of public residential hallway, with emerald green soft seating, post boxes and stairs leading up with gold details and lowered spotlights.
living room with 2 large oversized 4 panel sash windows with sheer blinds, decorated loose living furniture, and lit with recessed spotlights.

The Design

We came on board after a previous contractor had left the project without completing works. Starting from scratch with what was left of the building we worked with the developer to find cost-effective ways of reaching the BREEAM standard without compromising on the luxury feel or practicality of the homes.

Contemporary bedroom with large four-pane windows, floor-to-ceiling curtains, integrated timber wardrobe, central double bed, recessed ceiling spotlights.
