We oversaw the conservation and renovation of this remarkable 1746 Georgian dower house. A grade II listed property located a few minutes from Pluckley, Little Chart, and Ashford International.

Working closely with the owner, we guided a full ‘back to brick’ restoration, reconfiguring the interior to better suit modern life while preserving its historic integrity. Set among meadows, a deer park and ancient orchards, the house feels incredibly private, with sweeping views and a beautiful south-west-facing garden. We also coordinated works on-site, ensuring the process ran smoothly from start to finish.
