We were appointed to carry out a full refurbishment of this terraced house including basement works, ground floor and loft extensions. The works included internal reconfiguration to create a four bedroom family home.

Our role allowed for: full architectural services from RIBA Stage 0-7, planning and building control submissions, contract administration, and weekly site attendances.
