Our Solution

A modern community centre, events space and commercial unit built alongside St Botolph without Aldgate in the heart of the City of London.

The Design

Following a detailed site appraisal, discussions with the local community and appropriate bodies, we proposed a series of flexible spaces including a cafe that could act as an ongoing source of income by making the most of works to improve public space being carried out around the site.
